Membership Terms

These terms apply to Scale & Connect membership. Last updated 8 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Scale & Connect is a trading name of Cobify Limited, a company registered in Ireland under number 815251. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Cobify Limited trading as Scale & Connect. “You” means the member.

You can contact us at members@scaleandconnect.com. We will use the email address on your account to contact you.

2. What membership gives you

Membership gives you access to the Scale & Connect platform. That currently includes the member business directory, the events listing, the programmes and coaching listings, the mastermind opportunity listings, the members community space, and a regular email. You may also apply to list your own business in the directory.

Membership is access to a platform and to information. It is not coaching, consultancy, financial advice, legal advice or accounting advice, and nothing on the platform should be treated as any of those.

We may add, change or withdraw parts of the platform. If we withdraw something significant we will tell you in advance by email.

3. What membership does not include

Membership does not pay for any programme, course, mastermind group, event or service run by anyone else. Those are priced by the people who run them and you pay them directly.

The Morning Club is run by us and has its own separate fee. Membership does not include it.

4. Price and price changes

Membership is charged monthly in advance. The founding member rate is €7 per month for the first 100 members. After that the rate for new members is €27 per month.

If you join at the founding member rate, you keep that rate for as long as your membership runs without interruption. If you cancel and rejoin later, you pay whatever rate applies at that time.

We may change the price of membership. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before the change applies to you, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

5. Billing and renewal

Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payment is taken by our payment processor on the same date each month.

If a payment fails we may retry it. If payment is not received we may suspend or end your access. We will email you before we do.

6. Your right to cancel

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your membership continues until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund part months.

As a consumer buying online you normally have 14 days to change your mind. Because membership gives you immediate access to the platform, you are asked at checkout to agree to access starting straight away and to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once it does. If you did not agree to that, the 14-day right applies.

7. Programmes, masterminds and other people’s services

We list programmes, coaching, masterminds and events run by other people. We look at them before we list them, and we say who we think each one suits. That is an opinion, not a guarantee.

If you buy or join anything run by someone else, the contract is between you and them. We are not a party to it. We do not provide their service, we do not control what they deliver, and we are not responsible for it. Their terms, their pricing and their refund policy apply, not ours.

Before you commit to anything, make your own enquiries. We give no guarantee of any result, financial or otherwise, from anything listed on the platform.

8. Affiliate commission

We may earn a commission when you buy through some of the links on the platform, at no extra cost to you. Commission never buys a place on the platform and does not change what we recommend or what we say about it.

9. The business directory

Listings are open to members only. We check businesses before listing them, but we are making an introduction, not standing behind the work. If you engage another member, that contract is between the two of you.

If you list your business, you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to use any logo or image you supply. You give us permission to display it on the platform. Tell us if anything changes.

We may decline, edit or remove a listing at our discretion, including if a business no longer holds membership or if we receive credible complaints. Your listing ends when your membership does.

10. How you use the platform

Membership is personal to you and your business. Do not share your login.

Member details are there so members can do business with each other. Do not scrape, export or bulk-collect them, and do not add members to mailing lists or send unsolicited bulk messages.

In the community space, be civil. No abuse, no harassment, no spam, nothing unlawful, and nothing that breaches someone else’s rights.

Content we publish on the platform belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own business. Do not republish or resell it.

11. Ending membership

You can end your membership at any time under clause 6.

We may suspend or end your membership if you break these terms, if payment fails, or if your conduct is damaging to other members. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first. If we end your membership without you being at fault, we will refund the unused part of the month.

12. Our responsibility to you

We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

We are not liable for anything provided by a third party listed on the platform, for any dealings between members, or for any business decision you make based on information on the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish law.

Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Your data

We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

15. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

These terms are governed by Irish law and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
